CHANGES AT JONESPORT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Principal Fairbanks has resigned and is no longer working at the school. John Reese is serving as the lead teacher for the school for the remainder of this school year. The Superintendent is serving as the official principal of record. We are currently advertising for a new principal and will keep everyone updated on the progress in that process.
We have had several people apply for the open teaching positions for the next school year in 2023-24. Mr. Reese is forming interview teams to meet with these candidates. My hope is that we have several candidates to bring to the Board by May!
