BUDGET PROPOSALS SHOW NO TAX INCREASES

Superintendent Collins has proposed school budgets for 2021-22 for Jonesport, Beals and Moosabec CSD that show no tax increases. The School Board members will be hearing the budget proposals on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, April 13th for JES and BES and April 14 for the High School. The Board members will likely have a vote on these proposed budgets at their May meetings. A school local and district CSD budget meeting will occur in May or early June.
