Technical Support - MLTI Modem and Dial-up Support
MacBooks do not come equipped with built in modems, so if a user has dial-up access at home, they will need a modem, which can be requested through your local school. Students that do not have Internet access at home may also be eligible for free dial-up Internet access, please contact your school for more information.
